Our story
Johan Erasmus
Johan Erasmus, the owner of the Company, is in charge of the tendering and overall coordination of the projects. He qualified as a Civil Engineering Technician in 1986 at Pretoria Technicon. Construction experience which started in Gauteng in 1982 on various projects namely, Diagonal Street, JHB, Matla Power Station, Centurion Cricket Stadium, Sanlam Centre Nelspruit, Eersterus Primary School, Tembisa Primary School, Garankuwa Hospital, Valley Farm Villas Group Housing, Wapadrand Office Park,Pretoria Industrial Court and Volkskas Bank Brakpan.
Erica Erasmus
Erica Erasmus, assists in the general running of the company, her main function is the financial side of the company as well as standing in for Johan where necessary. She has construction experience since 1985 in the speculative residential market, constructing various residential houses both in Gauteng and Cape Town.
Johan’s Personal Assistant assists with all his day to day activities as well as the general running of the office. She has been involved in her field for the last 15 years.
Johan is assisted by a Quantity Surveyor in the tendering department with monthly client progress payments, subcontractor claims and general quantity surveying work.
All our Site Managers are qualified in the construction industry. Most have worked for the Company for an extended period of time striving to constantly deliver quality projects.
